Refugees International 

I partnered with Refugees International to help bring about a complete redesign of their site, www.refugeesinternational.org.

RI required a complete overhaul but didn't know where to start. Over a year, we re-architected their digital strategy and created a platform that focused heavily on storytelling.  Additionally, we strengthened and aligned email marketing and enacted a robust social presence to focus on building awareness and reach. 

Together we poured through 5 years worth of reports and images, bringing their incredible stories and in-depth reporting to the forefront.  The site articulated the mission and values of the organization. It implemented a blog format that allowed the small and un-tech-savvy staff to create and publish news and updates quickly.  This effort has had a tremendously positive impact on engagement, reach and fundraising. From 2014-2015, social engagement on the site increased 3,000%, and RI recently had its best fundraising year in the history of the organization.
